I don't know if you still do Brand-new Year's resolutions. Many people give them up as they become older. They become tired of the end-less cycle of disappointment from failing, so they come to a decision not to even try. This year, however, I am going for it. I wish to lose weight, and have wanted to for more than a year now. I am far from my ideal body weight '" my health practitioner informed me that I was at least 50 pounds in excess of the standard weight so for this next year at least fitness is my primary focus. Even though I do not know how to lose fat, I suspect that it involves diet and pills. If that is all that you need, hook me up!

Even though I want to lose weight, I haven't always felt this way. For quite a long time, I was in denial about how far I was my ideal body weight & fitness and exercise felt almost like bad words. So far, I've lined up lots of lose weight fast plans. Lots of these look good, but some are unmistakably better than others. When I told my mother that I wants to shed weight she suggested taking some-thing with ephedra in it. Apparently, ephedrine weight reduction is the best kind. Unfortunately, however, ephedra has recently been banned by the government. I wish to lose weight, but I suppose I waited a tad too long to jump on the band wagon. Now that the most effectual weight reduction pill is no longer on the market, I do not know what I'll do.

Even though I want to lose weight "& want it desperately" I am pretty firm about doing it the correct way. I only want to lose fat naturally. I do not mind taking pills, but they must contain natural herbs or else I am not going to take them. I have heard all kinds of late-night shows speak about the hazards of man-made chemicals.
